Details of the Job/Internship

LawAS Legal is inviting applications for Internship positions from 4th and 5th-year law students who are passionate about building a strong foundation in the legal profession.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing case briefs.
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, notices, and contracts.
• Assisting in litigation matters, including preparation of pleadings and case files.
• Attending court hearings, client conferences, and arbitrations (as required).
• Supporting due diligence, compliance, and legal strategy.
• Preparing detailed notes, maintaining case records, and updating legal databases.

Eligibility

4th and 5th-year law students.
