Lawgical Media is hiring an Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law Intern to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal notices related to media and entertainment law.
• Conduct legal research and support IPR registration and prosecution.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with corporate legal advisory.
• Contribute to workshops and training sessions when applicable.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and analytical skills, particularly in IP and entertainment law.
• Background or experience in drafting contracts and legal documents.
• Understanding of media laws, corporate law, and intellectual property rights.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Pursuing or completed LL.B or equivalent; prior internship experience is an advantage.
• Passion for the media and entertainment industry.
