Details of the Job/Internship

Lawssistance is hiring interns for its Corporate Practice team for the months of May and June 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on various provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate regulations.
• Assist senior associates in drafting commercial agreements, contracts, and legal memorandums.
• Produce high-quality legal content and articles on contemporary corporate law topics.
• Support the corporate team in reviewing and summarizing complex legal documents.
• Assist in the preparation of case files and documentation for corporate filings or client meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all legal research is accurate and timely.
• Maintain a high level of professional discipline and effective communication within the firm.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled law student (3-year or 5-year program).
• Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Corporate Law.
• Proficiency in MS Word and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an offline setting for the duration of May and June.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of professional discipline.
