Details of the Job/Internship

Let's Learn Law (LLL) is looking for 2 Law Interns to join their team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Corporate Law & FEMA.
• Real Estate (RERA), [RERA Authority & RERA Appellate Tribunal].
• Negotiable Instruments Act, Section 138 matters & Recovery matters.
• Intellectual Property (Trademark Filing).
• Litigation (Consumer Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, District Court, High Court, NCLT).
• Drafting of Commercial, Corporate & Vendor Contracts.

Eligibility

• Strong drafting skills.
• Good research and analytical abilities.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn.

Salary/Stipend

Stipend: INR 5,000/month.
