Details of the Job/Internship

LGT Wealth India Private Limited is inviting applications for a paid Legal Intern position at their Mumbai Office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support in assisting on external negotiations with counterparties & law firms.
• Regular interaction with business teams and management.
• Internal reporting requirements.
• Research on domestic and cross border queries.
• Participate in digitization initiatives for legal function.
• Collaborate with global teams on cross-border compliance.

Eligibility

• Candidates with a strong academic background, a genuine interest in the corp. legal and regulatory work and intersection of law and technology.
• Preference will be given to long-term candidature from 4th and 5th year interns from reputed law colleges with previous law firm/corp. internships.
