Details of the Job/Internship
Mann & Singh Law Firm is hiring a full-time, on-site Intern to join their office in West Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft essential legal documents and pleadings.
- Organize and maintain case files to ensure efficient documentation and retrieval.
- Support senior attorneys in preparing for upcoming trials, hearings, and legal proceedings.
- Attend client meetings to gain exposure to professional legal consultancy and communication.
- Manage daily documentation tasks and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the law firm.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing or having completed a law degree (LL.B.) from an accredited institution.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and drafting.
- Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
- Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; an enthusiastic, adaptable mindset for a dynamic legal environment.
- Experience: Basic understanding of legal proceedings; prior internship experience is an added advantage.
