Details of the Job/Internship
Maximus Legal® is seeking dedicated on-site interns for the months of April and May 2026 at their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and vetting various commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on matters related to the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Civil Litigation.
- Support the Intellectual Property team in Trademark Prosecution and Copyright filings.
- Prepare case briefs and research notes for upcoming hearings in Commercial and Criminal Litigation.
- Observe and assist in the preparation of petitions and applications specifically for the Supreme Court and High Courts.
- Manage and organize case files and maintain documentation for active litigation matters.
- Collaborate with senior associates on legal strategies for complex corporate disputes.
Eligibility
- 5-Year Law Program: Students in their 3rd year and above.
- 3-Year Law Program: Students in their 2nd year and above.
- Strong interest in Commercial Litigation, IPR, and Constitutional Law.
- Excellent research and drafting skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site at the Greater Kailash–1 office in New Delhi.
- Professional communication skills and a commitment to the firm’s ethical standards.
