Details of the Job/Internship

MB Jain & Partners is seeking 25 legal interns to join their team at the firm's office located in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Note: Minimum 4-months commitment required. Short-term interns need not apply.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with research on IPR, Company Law, and Arbitration matters.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, notices, and contracts.
• Assist with case preparation and client communication.
• Support senior associates and partners in day-to-day tasks related to ongoing cases.

Eligibility

• Open to law students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LLB program.
• Strictly for students based in Mumbai (Preference for those living along the Western Line due to office location in Goregaon).
