Senthil served in various administrative positions in the Government of Karnataka from 2009 to 2019, after which he resigned and subsequently joined the Congress party in 2020.

The Office of Hon’ble MP Sasikanth Senthil is inviting applications for Parliamentary Research Interns for the upcoming Budget Session 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research support for Budget Session debates and questions
• Policy briefs, legislative notes, and issue-based analysis.
• Monitoring Parliamentary business, ministries, and current affairs.
• Assisting with data, drafting, and background research.

Eligibility

• Students or recent graduates in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Law, Journalism, Data Analytics, or allied fields.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interest in governance, Parliament, and public policy.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend
