Details of the Job/Internship
Neev – Foundation for Legal Aid is hiring 2 dynamic Interns to join their team in Mayur Vihar, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the core legal team in litigation and the provision of daily legal aid services.
- Conduct extensive fieldwork and community engagement activities to identify and address rights-based issues.
- Assist in policy research and draft documentation for ongoing social justice projects.
- Translate complex legal information into clear, accessible publications for community members.
- Participate in public outreach programs and coordinate legal awareness workshops.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year law degree program or an MSW (Master of Social Work) program; preference given to final-year students.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Competencies: Strong skills in community mobilization, public outreach, and legal documentation.
- Traits: Proactive, passionate about justice, and willing to travel extensively within Delhi for fieldwork.
