Justice M.M. Sundresh, who earned his B.A. from Loyola College, Chennai, and B.L. from Madras Law College, began his legal career in 1985, served as Government Advocate from 1991 to 1996, was appointed as a Judge of the Madras High Court in 2009 (made permanent in 2011), presided over the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Academy, and was elevated to the Supreme Court of India on 31 August 2021.

The Office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice MM Sundresh, Judge, Supreme Court of India is inviting applications for Judicial Internship for the months of November and December 2025.
Eligibility
Students in their fourth or final year of the 5-year B.A. LL.B. program (or its equivalent) or in their final year of the 3-year LL.B. program are eligible to intern at the office.
