Details of the Job/Internship

ONE LEGAL is offering a long-term Legal Internship at its Fort, Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting case briefs and notes.
• Prepare petitions and support in court-related work.
• Assist associates and partners in ongoing matters.
• Gain exposure to arbitration, property disputes, and RERA matters.
• File pleadings and proceedings.
• Attend various courts, tribunals, and forums across Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd year onwards of 5-year course / 2nd year onwards of 3-year course).
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend

Up to ₹10,000 (stipend)
