Opti Process Advisors is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Intern to join them in hybrid mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in business registrations, compliances, and documentation.
• Conduct legal research on company law, startup policies, and taxation.
• Draft & review agreements, contracts, and policy documents.
• Support the team in client onboarding & case handling.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd year onwards in 5-year course or 2nd year onwards in 3-year course).
• Fresh law graduates eager to explore corporate & startup law.
• Must have good research, drafting & communication skills.
