Details of the Organization

PART III – Action Research & Resource Centre engages with intersectional themes of law, human rights, and social justice with a vision to reclaim Fundamental Rights enshrined in Part III of the Indian Constitution. They strive to combine efforts with disadvantaged communities to seek justice, dignity, and systemic accountability through legal intervention, training, research, and advocacy. Part III works closely with survivors of systemic and identity-based violence along with community-based organizations working with them. Part III was established in June 2022 and is based in New Delhi.

Details of the Job/Internship

PART III – Action Research & Resource Centre is inviting 2-3 law students to intern with them at their office in Delhi, Patna, or Hybrid mode, with a preference for in-person work in Patna due to the need for fieldwork.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Litigation and Legal research
2. Drafting and Filing of RTIs 
3. Liaising with state departments
4. Writing opportunities

Eligibility

Any law student, sociology, governance, social work, and similar fields. 

Salary/Stipend

Honorarium will be paid.
