Details of the Job/Internship

Pathway Counsel is looking for a law student, preferably in their 3rd/4th/5th year, who is passionate for one or more of their core practice areas (Data Privacy, Constitutional, Civil/Commercial Litigation).

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting intensive legal research across various statutes, case law, and policy frameworks relevant to our practice areas (e.g., Data Privacy, IT Law, Constitutional Law, IPR).
• Assisting in the drafting of pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Preparing comprehensive case notes and summaries for court hearings and client briefings.
• Assisting with policy analysis on emerging regulatory issues.

Eligibility

Law student preferably in their 3rd/4th/5th year.
