Rachit Inani & Associates is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Dewas
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed legal research on Banking, Company Law, and property-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of legal documents in both Hindi and English.
- Support litigation services by preparing case files and providing administrative assistance.
- Contribute to legal consulting projects and property-oriented paperwork like Sale Deeds.
- Assist in compliance tasks, including PF/ESIC registrations and ROC Search Reports.
- Maintain organized office records and manage internet-based legal filings.
- Effectively interact with clients to gather information and provide administrative updates.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi (essential for bilingual drafting).
- Strong practical knowledge of MS Word and efficient use of the internet for legal research.
- Basic understanding of Indian Law and current legal issues.
- Strong communication skills for professional interaction with clients and the internal team.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Advantage: Prior internship experience or exposure to Office Management.
