Details of the Job/Internship
Rapido is seeking Legal Interns to join them for a six-month internship in their Bangalore office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and Documentation: Prepare and organize legal pleadings, case files, and trackers.
- Legal Research: Conduct research on statutes, judgments, and relevant legal issues.
- Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring company compliance with applicable laws.
- Coordination: Liaise with external counsel and manage information flow.
- Risk Analysis: Identify legal risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide legal assistance to internal teams and prepare management reports.
Eligibility
- Pursuing 3 or 5 year LLB course
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and contract management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or coursework related to contracts or legal studies is a plus.
