Details of the Job/Internship
RTA Law Chambers is inviting applications for an on-site monthly internship starting 01st April 2026.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed legal research on commercial laws, civil procedures, and arbitration precedents.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including petitions, applications, and brief notes for counsel.
- Attend court proceedings and arbitral hearings to observe and document legal arguments.
- Summarize case files and organize evidence for upcoming litigation matters.
- Support the team in preparing case briefs and legal opinions for clients.
- Assist with the filing of documents in various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law (LL.B. or integrated 5-year program).
- Strong interest and academic background in litigation and commercial law.
- Proficient in legal research databases (e.g., SCC Online, Manupatra).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to commit to an on-site internship in New Delhi for the duration of April 2026.
- A proactive attitude and a keenness to learn practical legal procedures.
