Sakshar Law Associates is offering a Virtual Internship for a duration of 1 month (April 2026). 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on diverse general litigation matters.
• Draft high-quality pleadings, affidavits, and applications for various court levels.
• Prepare comprehensive Case Notes and formal Legal Opinions.
• Perform detailed case law analysis to support ongoing litigation strategy.
• Assist senior associates in the preparation of appeals and evidentiary documentation.
• Analyze complex judgments to extract relevant precedents and legal principles.
• Manage and organize digital case files and research memos for easy retrieval.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing an LLB (3-year or 5-year integrated program).
• Demonstrated interest in General Litigation, Legal Research, and Drafting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex judicial precedents.
• Proficiency in legal writing with a high level of grammatical and technical precision.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Selection Criteria: Shortlisted candidates must prepare and submit a Case Note based on a provided judgment.
