Details of the Job/Internship
Scale Global Ventures is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate Intern to join their legal team in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing various commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on corporate and contract law topics to support ongoing projects.
- Prepare legal memoranda, case summaries, and briefing notes.
- Collaborate with senior legal associates during client meetings and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies during contract formulation.
- Support the legal team in maintaining organized documentation and contract databases.
Eligibility
- Final-year student or recent graduate from a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law program.
- Strong academic background with a focus on corporate or contract law.
- Prior internship experience in legal drafting or corporate law is advantageous
- Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and methodologies.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
