Details of the Job/Internship
Sirion is hiring a Legal Intern for 6 Months in contract handling and documentation to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct final quality checks on NDAs, RFx documents, and vendor/customer agreements.
- Assist with reviewing and redlining commercial and procurement contracts.
- Maintain organised repositories, trackers, and version controls for contracts.
- Review incoming legal requests and verify metadata for workflow allocation.
- Support contract signature execution and maintain related trackers.
- Upload contracts, verify metadata, and track lifecycle stages within Sirion’s CLM tool.
- Assist in updating legal templates, SOPs, and internal documentation.
Eligibility
- 5th-year law students or recent graduates from top-tier law schools.
- Must be available for a minimum 6-month internship (extendable).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred exposure to contracts, compliance, legal processes, or CLM tools.
