SK Mishra Legal Associates LLP is seeking a motivated and diligent law student to join their office as a Legal Intern.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on civil, criminal, constitutional, and commercial matters.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal notices.
• Support case preparation for matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
• Assist in filing, briefing, and compilation of case records.
• Attend court proceedings and conferences with seniors.
• Prepare case notes, summaries, and legal memoranda.
• Analyze statutes, judgments, and legal precedents.

Eligibility

• Law students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. (3rd year onwards) from a recognized university.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good command over written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Indian legal procedures and court practice.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
