Details of the Job/Internship

Sripat And Associates invites applications for the position of Legal Intern as a part of the Summer Internship Program.

Role and Responsibilities

• Selected candidates shall be tasked with providing high-level support to our associates.
• Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Jurisprudential Research: Conducting exhaustive analysis of precedents, statutory interpretations, and regulatory updates.
  • Instrument Drafting: Assisting in the preparation and drafting of Writ Petitions, Civil and Criminal Misc. Applications, affidavits and comprehensive case briefs.
  • Procedural Attendance: Observing and documenting proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and various subordinate forums.

Eligibility

• Prospective interns must demonstrate a high degree of professional ethics and academic proficiency.
• Eligibility: Currently pursuing LL.B. or equivalent program from a recognized institution.
• Competencies: Strong command over legal theory, exceptional analytical reasoning, and precision in legal writing.
• Commitment: Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict professional deadlines.
