Details of the Job/Internship

Tavaga is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Intern to work with them in Remote mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting & reviewing commercial agreements.
• Ideate, research and distribute advice on compliance requirements, the applicability of provisions, risk impact under various laws, rules and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure compliance cohesiveness across various platforms and media channels.
• Work and coordinate closely with the Compliance Officer on Fintech & SEBI regulations advisory.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Penultimate and final year students are welcome.
