Details of the Job/Internship
The Minimalist is hiring a Legal Intern with experience in legal studies to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and management of various commercial contracts.
- Support the legal team in ensuring organizational compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to day-to-day legal operations and administrative tasks within the firm.
- Conduct legal research to support business initiatives and risk management.
- Take ownership of assigned legal projects under the guidance of the legal team.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and compliance records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support for creative projects.
Eligibility
- Currently a final-year law student (LL.B. or B.A. LL.B.).
- Detail-oriented with a strong eagerness to learn and take ownership.
- Available for a full-time, on-site internship for 6 months in Mumbai.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous relevant internship experience is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
