Details of the Job/Internship

The office of Advocate Gaurav Arya and Advocate Naveen Bamel invites applications from law students/fresh law graduates for the position of Law Intern.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assistance in legal research, drafting, and court-related work.
• Exposure to matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts.
• Support in preparation of cases involving constitutional, civil, criminal, and service law.
• Opportunity to observe and learn directly from experienced counsels handling significant litigation.

Eligibility

• Law student or recent LL.B. graduate from a recognized university.
• Basic proficiency in legal research, drafting( particularly SLP) and court procedure.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
• Willingness to learn and assist in a professional litigation setup.
