Details of the Job/Internship

Trivedi & Partners is hiring Interns with experience as 4th or 5th year law students to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research on civil and commercial law topics.
• Draft case summaries and briefing notes for senior associates.
• Assist in preparing case files and organizing documents for court hearings.
• Shadow advocates during proceedings in the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals.
• Support the legal team with drafting preliminary research notes.

Eligibility

• Currently a 4th or 5th year undergraduate law student only.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in litigation.
• Ability to commit to an in-person internship in New Delhi.
