Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal drafting and research work.
• Support case preparation in civil, criminal, and banking matters.
• Work on matters related to SARFAESI Act, including proceedings under Section 14.
• Assist in property disputes, cheque dishonour, and consumer matters.
• Provide support in arbitration, contractual, and corporate litigation matters.
• Handle documentation and assist in court-related procedures.
