Details of the Job/Internship

Versatilis Legal LLP is inviting applications for the position of Intern to join them at their office in Kolkata.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in the 4th/5th year of law school or a recent law graduate.
• Familiarity with Indian corporate regulations (Companies Act 2013, FEMA, SEBI regulations).
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in legal research methodologies and databases.
• Basic understanding of corporate law, contract law, and data protection principles.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new areas of law.
• Prior internship experience in corporate law firms or legal departments is a plus.
