Zinnov is a looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join their legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining legal MIS & document repositories.
• Conduct legal research across commercial, corporate, labor, and data protection laws.
• Support contract lifecycle processes, trackers & documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare updates.
• Gain exposure to live contract workflows and review processes.

Eligibility

• Pursuing LL.B. (3rd year or above).
• Strong interest in corporate & commercial law.
• Proficient in legal research (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
