Details of the Job/Internship

The Office of Advocate Abhimanyu Singh is inviting applications for a Legal Internship for January 2026 and February 2026 to work on Supreme Court litigation matters. 

Candidates may apply for one month or both months.

• Deadline for the January 2026 internship is 31st December 2025.
• Deadline for the February 2026 internship is 10th January 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research on propositions of law.
• Draft Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), counter affidavits, and rejoinders.
• Assist in case files listed before the Supreme Court of India.
• Prepare case notes and briefs for court proceedings.

Eligibility

• Students enrolled in a recognised university or law school.
• 5-year LL.B. students in the 3rd year or above.
• 3-year LL.B. students in the 2nd year or above.
• Strong analytical and research skills are required.
