Details of the Job/Internship

AMAN Holding is hiring an investigation Lawyer with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Egypt.

Role and Responsibilities

• Execute investigations accurately and systematically regarding potential policy violations in accordance with Egyptian labor law.
• Gather evidence and testimonies from relevant parties and analyze them carefully to determine facts and assess professional performance.
• Document all information and investigation reports reliably and accurately.
• Collaborate with legal and human resources management to implement necessary procedures according to organizational laws and policies.
• Direct disciplinary actions and impose appropriate penalties based on investigation findings.
• Provide support and guidance to management and employees on matters related to investigations and policy enforcement.

Eligibility

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in law, preferably English department.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
