Details of the Job/Internship

Reliance Retail is looking for a candidate for the position of Investigations Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into various incidents and report on findings.
• Develop and implement investigative strategies to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and evidence for investigations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports documenting the investigation process, findings, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations during investigations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on investigation techniques and best practices.
• Analyze trends and patterns from investigations to identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required.

Eligibility

• Attention to detail, essential for ensuring accurate and thorough investigations.
• Report writing, vital for documenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Incident investigation, crucial for identifying and analyzing incidents effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, necessary for identifying the root cause of issues and developing effective solutions.
• Critical thinking abilities to evaluate complex situations and make informed decisions.
• Expertise in various investigation techniques to conduct thorough and effective investigations.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and present findings.
• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream.

Salary/Stipend
