Details of the Job/Internship

RBL FinServe Ltd is hiring for the position of Investigator - Vigilance to join their office in Rohtak. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into reported irregularities, frauds, or misconduct.
• Collect, examine, and analyze evidence to support findings.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure policy and compliance adherence.
• Maintain accurate vigilance records and case documentation.
• Support legal proceedings and follow up on cases when required.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and ethical standards.

Eligibility

• Strong investigative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in report writing and verbal communication.
• Good knowledge of compliance and legal procedures.
• Prior experience in vigilance or fraud investigations (preferred in financial services).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, or a related field.
• Flexibility to travel as required for investigations.

Salary/Stipend
