BEGUR & PARTNERS is hiring candidates for the role of Investment Fund Lawyer.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, Review and negotiate complex legal documents related to the formation and operation of investment funds.
- Advise clients on legal, regulatory and tax implications of fund structures and investment strategies.
- Work closely with fund managers to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on fund marketing materials and investor communications to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service amd expert advice.
Eligibility
- A Law degree from a reputable law degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in investment fund management with a law firm or in-house at a financial institution.
