Details of the Job/Internship
Evalueserve India is hiring an IP – Senior Consultant – Paralegal with relevant paralegal and docketing experience to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with global patent filings and prosecution.
- Maintain dockets and follow up on patent/trademark applications.
- Prepare PTO documents including IDS, declarations, assignments, etc.
- Verify patent family data via registers and databases.
- Conduct trademark pre-filing searches and monitoring.
- Support patent portfolio evaluations and competitive analysis.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely project delivery.
Eligibility
- Relevant experience in paralegal and IP docketing.
- Sound knowledge of patent laws in US, EP, PCT, JP, CN, etc.
- Familiarity with IP databases like Anaqua, FoundationIP, Patricia, Orbit, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
