Details of the Job/Internship

CataLex Legal LLP is hiring an IP Associate Advocate with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to intellectual property law, including legal research, drafting legal documents, client communication, case management, and representation in court proceedings.

Eligibility

• Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting skills.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property laws and regulations.
• Client communication and case management skills.
• Court representation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Relevant experience in intellectual property law LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience in IPR litigation is a must.
• 2-4 years of experience in IPR is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
