Details of the Job/Internship

Badsha Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate and an IP Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Chennai. Immediate joiners only. Freshers strictly cannot apply.

Role and Responsibilities

• For Litigation Associate: Draft pleadings and submissions for Consumer Forums and High Courts. Appear before various legal forums. Handle real estate matters and conduct due diligence. Manage case filings and legal strategy.
• For IP Associate: File trademark applications, oppositions, and cancellations. Manage IP portfolios for clients. Initiate online takedown actions. Draft and issue cease and desist notices.

Eligibility

• For Litigation Associate: 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, particularly with Consumer Courts. Strong command of English with excellent drafting and legal research skills. Must be based in Chennai. Immediate availability is mandatory.
• For IP Associate: 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management. Solid understanding of trademarks and copyrights. Excellent drafting and research skills with strong English proficiency. Must be based in Chennai. Immediate availability is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
