L. S. Davar & Co. is hiring an IP Associate (Litigation) with 2 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and analysis on civil, commercial, and IP matters.
- Draft legal documents including suits, writs, appeals, and submissions.
- Coordinate with Counsel/Senior Counsel for briefings and strategies.
- Appear before courts and tribunals for procedural hearings.
- Prepare case notes, chronologies, and briefs for hearings.
- Ensure timely filings and maintain case records.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders for documentation and updates.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university and enrolled with the Bar Council.
- 5-8 years of litigation experience for Senior IP Associate.
- 2 years of litigation experience for IP Associate.
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures and filing systems.
- Ability to multitask, work independently under supervision, and deliver under tight timelines.
- High attention to detail, organized, and self-motivated.
- Professional demeanour and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
