Legasis Partners is inviting applications for the position of IP Associate to join its Intellectual Property practice in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle trademark, copyright, and patent litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, notices, written submissions, and IP-related documentation
• Manage prosecution tasks—filings, oppositions, renewals, and compliances
• Conduct detailed legal research; prepare briefs, case notes, and reports
• Liaise with clients, vendors, counsel, and authorities
• Maintain IP records, trackers, and deadlines
• Assist senior associates in hearings, strategy, and case preparation

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognised university
• 2–3 years of experience in IP litigation & prosecution
• Based in Mumbai
• Ability to join at the earliest

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
