Details of the Job/Internship
Spice Route Legal is hiring an IP Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage trademark filings and handle objections and opposition proceedings.
- Represent clients in hearings related to trademark matters.
- Provide broad intellectual property advisory services.
- Execute commercial IP work, including drafting and analysis of IP-related agreements.
- Apply strong analytical skills to solve complex IP challenges.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience in trademark prosecution is required.
- Sound knowledge of trademark practice and procedures.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Genuine interest in the intersection of technology and intellectual property.
