Details of the Job/Internship

Zeya IP is hiring an IP Associate with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience to join their remote team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct prior art, patentability, and trademark searches.
• Carry out FTO, invalidity, and infringement analyses.
• Draft applications for patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, and geographical indications.
• Handle prosecution and manage client IP portfolios.
• Collaborate with inventors and legal teams to identify protectable IP.
• Address client queries related to IP filings and enforcement.
• Support oppositions, enforcement actions, and litigation.
• Liaise with Indian and international IP offices and external counsel.
• Maintain IP databases and ensure timely filings and deadlines.

Eligibility

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in IP or related legal work.
• B. Tech./M. Tech. in EEE, ECE, CS, or IT.
• PG Diploma or certification in Intellectual Property Rights.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
