Details of the Job/Internship

Visa Architect is hiring an IP Attorney to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves owning global IP filings end-to-end, including patents and trademarks. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file patents, trademarks, and handle related prosecution work.
• Manage global filings through agents and counsel across jurisdictions.
• Advise on IP strategy, risk assessment, brand protection, and portfolio planning.
• Provide clear and practical guidance to founders and clients.
• Maintain strong documentation and communication across stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Hands-on experience in patent and trademark filings, prosecution, and responses.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and counsel networks.
• Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities effectively.
• High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership mindset with high accountability and ability to work independently.
