Details of the Job/Internship

Wipro is hiring an IP Attorney with experience of 7 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead patent analytics projects. Perform Freedom to Operate searches, Evidence of Use searches, prepare Evidence of Use charts, and Invalidity searches.
• Undertake IP training across different business verticals of Wipro.
• Advise business stakeholders on IP matters or issues related to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Review IP contracts such as patent licensing agreements, product licensing agreements, IP clauses in MSA, SOW, and other IP agreements.

Eligibility

• Masters/Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications and other related disciplines.
• Master/Bachelor’s in Law is preferred.
• Experience of at least 7 years in the field of Intellectual Property. In-house expertise and an IP Attorney are preferred.
• They registered patent agents in India.
• In-depth knowledge of patent prosecution, patent drafting, and patent analytics.
• Well-versed with the new and upcoming technology in the field of software and telecommunication such as Gen AI, IOT, Blockchain, etc.
• Experience in reviewing IP Contracts is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
