Details of the Job/Internship
Arctic Invent is hiring an IP Consultant / Sr. IP Consultant with 2–4 years of experience and an Associate – Operations with 0–1 year of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to technical Office Actions from patent registries.
- Conduct specialized IPR consulting and provide strategic business advice.
- Oversee operational workflows to ensure the timely filing and tracking of legal documents.
- Coordinate between various internal departments to streamline business consulting projects.
- Maintain organized records of intellectual property portfolios and client communications.
Eligibility
- For IP Consultant / Sr. IP Consultant: 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- For Associate – Operations: 0–1 year of experience (suitable for entry-level professionals).
- Strong understanding of IPR frameworks and operational processes.
- Ability to work full-time from the Noida office.
- Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
