Details of the Job/Internship
Singhwal Techlaw (OPC) Private Limited is hiring an IP Docketing & Operations Executive with 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor IP docketing systems and legal deadlines under Indian and international IP laws.
- Record and track client communications and official documents.
- Generate periodic reports and ensure timely submission of filings.
- Initiate client onboarding and document commercial arrangements.
- Log incoming client instructions and allocate work to internal teams.
- Track file progress and ensure SLA adherence.
- Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on collections.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IP firms, legal KPOs, or law firms in operations roles.
- Familiarity with patent/trademark docketing systems and IP timelines preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or docketing tools.
- Excellent communication, record-keeping, and deadline management skills.
