Details of the Job/Internship
Elanco is hiring an IP Docketing Specialist to join its Global Intellectual Property Team in Bengaluru East.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor Elanco’s global IP docketing database using AQX by Anaqua or other IP docketing software.
- Input data, update matters, upload documents, run reports, and manage communications within the docketing system.
- Review and record emails from global patent and trademark offices, agents, and law firms, ensuring timely docketing of correspondence, office actions, and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with IP paralegals and participate in weekly IP team meetings.
- Liaise with global IP offices, agents, and law firms, adjusting working hours as required.
- Provide verbal updates, briefings, and training on docketing processes and protocols.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, training, and coaching skills.
- Ability to use and quickly learn IP docketing software, preferably AQX by Anaqua.
- Prior experience in IP docketing, data management, or legal support preferred.
