Details of the Job/Internship

They are looking for experienced paralegals for their Patents & Trademark Team with experience of 3 years to join their offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparation and online filing of patent & trademark applications, preparation of various Forms and Power of Attorney including forms for providing details of corresponding applications; monitoring and reporting of publications; reporting of first and other examination reports, filing of Response to Examination Reports, preparation and filing of other formal documents; monitoring and payment of annuities; preparation and filing of request for Recordal of Assignment,
• Licenses, change in name and addresses; preparation and filing of Request for Foreign Filing permission; preparation and filing of working statement;
• Preparing & filing PCT Applications and related documents; co-ordination with the foreign associate firms for filing National Entry or Conventional Applications in countries outside India;
• Reporting Office action and all other communications from the foreign Patent Offices to the client.

Eligibility

• Graduation in any stream is the basic requirement and having work experience of a minimum of 3 years is preferred.
