Details of the Job/Internship

Ediplis Counsels is hiring Senior IP Lawyers/Attorneys with 4-6 years of experience in Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contribute to team strategy, consulting, and practice management independently.
• Coordinate with seniors and colleagues to manage work and client relationships.
• Supervise juniors and paralegals; review drafts, submissions, and communications.
• Manage assignment trackers to ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Prioritize assignments based on statutory deadlines and client needs.
• Make confident appearances before the Trademarks, Copyrights, and Design Offices.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of domain expertise in IP law.
• LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations, lead teams, and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
