Details of the Job/Internship

Qualcomm India Private Limited is hiring an IP Legal Specialist with over 3 years of legal and IP-specific experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the IP docketing system, updating deadlines and records accurately.
• Track all IP-related deadlines and ensure timely completion of required actions.
• Perform quality review of patent applications and filing documents.
• Manage formalities across US and foreign jurisdictions.
• Review correspondence, invoices, and case data according to procedures.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure proper handling of IP matters.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to IP activities.
• Support IP portfolio development by managing filings and renewals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IP strategy and initiatives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of legal and industry-specific experience,
• OR
• Paralegal certificate with 3+ years of legal and industry-specific experience,
• OR
• High school diploma with 6+ years of legal and industry-specific experience.
• 4+ years of substantive IP prosecution experience is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
